Investing In The Future

The purpose and pursuit of this association is the promotion and financial  sponsorship of  the sciences, research and teaching at Macromedia University (

Central to the cause is the support of students at Macromedia University. The precise proposal is to provide means for financing various activities and projects with the membership fees, grants and donations.


  • Grant scholarships to students,
  • Establish endowed professorships,
  • Support teaching projects and research proposals,
  • Subsidies for conventions, seminars, workshops and excursions,
  • Set- up and maintain the relationship between the sciences and the industry by means of practical training, Bachelors and Masters dissertations,
  • Foster international student exchanges,
  • Maintain the connections between Macromedia University and the students, graduates, teachers, supporters and friends.

Macromedia Community e.V.  is strictly non-profit. Donations to the association are tax-deductable. Upon request we issue receipts for your donation or membership fee.

Sponsorship Prize Student Initiatives 2021

The sponsoring association Macromedia Community e.V. – Friends and Sponsors of the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences and Münchner Bank eG supports and rewards innovative Student Initiatives with the 2021 Sponsorship Prize in the amount of 500 Euro.

The prize money is intended to reward outstanding ideas and cover project costs. All students of our university with projects that will be applied for and realized in the course of 2021 are eligible to apply. Applications must be sent in digital form (pdf) to by Friday, 25 June 2021 at the latest.

Excursion Tel Aviv - Into the heart of the start-up economics - Reschedule to March 2022

The Support Association Macromedia Community e.V. offers ten outstandingly qualified and committed students and alumni from all locations of our university the opportunity to create this globally unique ecosystem within the framework of a 6- day trip. We will visit start-ups, incubators (e.g. SOSA Tel Aviv) and innovative companies, talk with internationally successful entrepreneurs, among others with Dov Moran, who invented the USB stick with his company M-Systems.

Macromedia Start-up Contest

During and after graduation from our university, a number of outstanding business ideas are being created. Many of these ideas and concepts deserve to be developed further. The Macromedia Start-up Contest aims to contribute to this development and create incentives for entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

The Thomas Heinrich Scholarship, funded by the Heinrich Family, and the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences, provides support to exceptionally talented undergraduate students and enables them access to international experience.
